Inspired Motivated Leadership, LLC

Inspired Motivated Leadership, LLC was birthed out of a friendship between two families.  Mike and Lynn Larson and Jesse and Shanna Smith. 
 
Mike and Lynn have been in the hearing industry for over 15 years building and developing teams that drive results far exceeding the norm.  
 
Previous to entering the hearing health care industry, Mike spent 10 years in the car business.  He built strong teams both in the financing departments and car sales departments.  His ability to lead teams earned him many awards and accolades in the industry.  
 
His wife Lynn spent 25 years in the corporate world.  Her natural caring personality pulled her into the customer service industry.  There she spent 12 years training customer service and teaching people how to win with people.
 
Jesse has been building and developing sales team in the corporate world for over 15 years.  He and Shanna for the last ten years have been traveling the country, expanding into parts of Africa, teaching leadership at schools and non profit organizations.  
 
Previous to teaching and speaking Jesse was in the sales world.  He developed many sales teams and saw many awards and great team performances due to his leadership. He was best known for helping his team members advance to the next level in their career.  
 
Shanna spent 10 years in the customer service and hospitality industry.  She managed property’s in high end resorts and lodges in Park City Utah area.  Her attention to detail and passion for the industry quickly moved her up in the companies she served.  
 
The two families had known each other for 15 years and built a friendship.  Four years ago, Jesse and Mike started working together in the hearing industry.  Through their combined efforts they grew revenue in their business from $486,000 to over $4,000,000 in that short time.  
 
As people heard about their success, businesses started asking them how they were growing so quickly.  So the couples started showing businesses the principles they had used in their business to grow.  
 
As word spread more and more businesses started requesting their help.  They quickly realized that they had found a need in the market place that they needed to fill.  
 
Today the team members are certified speakers, trainers and coaches with the John Maxwell Team.  Taking that training along with their success in the business world they are helping small to medium businesses that are feeling stuck and stagnant build stronger teams and increase their bottom line.

Shanna Smith

Thank you for taking the time to connect with me and the IML team! I have been in the Customer service industry since I was 12 years old. At the age of 14, I started at a large restaurant that my grandma worked at as Head cook.  Hosting and Catering many amazing events occurred during these years.

After playing college volleyball and in pursuit of continuing my education, I excelled in a sales/customer service position at Wells Fargo as the top leading sales team member.

Because of my success there I was recruited for an Assistant Director of Guest Services position at a company in Park City, Utah.  We served high end cliental that demanded a very strict attention to detail and world class service.  I led that team to a very high customer satisfaction rating a low customer turnover rate. 

After enjoying the mountains, I missed home. That pull back home caused me to travel back to Wisconsin, where I married and now have four lovely children.

Being a businesswoman – I love preparing events and collaborating with top leaders to bring the best teaching possible. I am certified by The John Maxwell Team to train and teach with the best materials in leadership training. I am also currently a Head Volleyball Coach and certified through the Minnesota State High School League. 

I passionately pursue personal development, have taught Junior Achievement, achieved successes through Toastmasters International and helped continue a Suicide Prevention class.

I love to encourage women to follow their dreams. I am a connector at heart and love building relationships with people all around the world. I am excited to meet you and encourage you to your next level of successful living!
